- Contact details you choose to submit: full name, email address and phone number.
- Standard technical data such as device type, browser and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information only to discuss your assessment and any suitable financial options you ask about, to respond to enquiries, and to improve the service. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the assessment tool for technical and analytics data.
Retention
Contact details are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email support@moneygapcheck.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
All traffic is served over encrypted HTTPS connections and access to submitted details is restricted to staff who need it.
